- Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it for eligibility.
- If approved, you may choose between a refund or an exchange for a different item of equal value.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@lightlyforlife.com . To process a return, confirm your order number and details of return and we wil lreply with the address for returns to be sent (in QLD).
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
