Can I pick-up my order?

In additional to delivery, we offer pick-up from St Stephen's Hospital, Hervey Bay, QLD, Clinic is open from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 5:00pm. For full details on pick-up orders, select the location upon checkout.

How & where is my order shipped from?

We're proudly Australian owned and operated. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation via Australia Post. We dispatch from the Gold Coast, QLD.
