Signature Green Smoothie

Our Lightly Signature Green Smoothie was one of the main reasons we wanted to offer a flavourless option. It's delicious and packed full of goodness.

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops ( 1 serve of 63 grams) of Flavourless shake
  • 1 kiwi fruit, skin removed
  • Small handful of mint
  • 1 tablespoon monk fruit sweetener

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into the blender. Blend for 45 seconds or until blended to a smooth and thin consistency, add more water if needed.
Please note this recipe should amount to just under 1 cup (200mL) per serve. Consume this over one hour or as tolerated
